For Groups / Parties requiring four rooms or more, we will be pleased to quote ‘special terms’. These terms will depend upon both numbers and length of stay. Please call us for details.

Dining

We offer our three course table d’hôte dinner at a fixed price of £28.00 (with a Cheese Course available if required @ £4.00). The price includes Coffee and Mints which are normally served in our Drawing Room. Our menu is changed daily and this is normally available for your perusal shortly after breakfast. All meals are cooked fresh to order and, to avoid delay, we would appreciate orders at least an hour before you wish to eat. We are happy to provide meals on Sunday evening but the choice is slightly reduced.

We would be pleased to discuss any special dietary needs with you. Please let us know these when booking, if possible.

A high chair is available for younger children.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building.

General Information

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, T.V., Radio, direct dial telephone, hair dryer and a Hospitality Tray. An Iron and Ironing Board are available upon request.

Dogs can be accommodated by prior arrangement, for which the charge is £5.00 per night (£20.00 per week). However, we do ask owners not to take dogs into the Dining Room or to leave them unattended in the bedrooms.

Booking

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of £30.00 is required, within seven days of making a provisional booking. Alternatively, provision of a Credit Card number is acceptable. We accept most major Credit Cards with the exception of Diner’s Club or American Express. A booking cannot be considered firm until we have received either a deposit or a Credit Card number.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to retain a deposit – or to impose a charge of £30.00 – in the event of a cancellation at short notice (under 48hrs) and where we are unable to re-let the room.
